The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P. S. Case No. 350 of 2018 dated 25.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a), 34 and 35 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Approximately 35.2 liters of liquor has been recovered from the possession of Shobha Pasi, who is said to have taken the name of the petitioner.

The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents.

No.79779 of 2018(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 For the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sheosagar (Baddi) P.
