JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State. The main issue in the present writ application is with regard to the approval of the services of the petitioners which is kept in limbo by the respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board. Learned counsel for the petitioner, with reference to Annexures 5 and 6, submits that not withstanding the recommendation by the Managing Committee of the Institution and representation filed by the petitioners, no action is taken by

In view of the above, the present writ application stands disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to take appropriate decision with regard to the approval of the services of the petitioners in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
