In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

A civil suit is going on with respect to the property dispute and allegation has been made that this false case has been generated against the petitioner.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
