Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown.
Submission is that investigation of the case is already complete and petitioners were never put on Test Identification Parade, nor any incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioners. Only material is confessional statement of co-accused before the Police. Petitioners are in custody since 07.08.2018.

No.61440 of 2019(2) dt.01-10-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Manjhagarah Police Station Case No.113 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioners shall fully co-operate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners.
