2. The present writ petition is pre-mature. However, the petitioner seeks to file a representation for considering his grievance as sought for in Paragraph no.1 of the present petition, in the light of several orders passed by a Co-ordinate Bench and the Division Bench of this Court.

3. The petitioner has given information that the question as to whether the person appointed on compassionate basis in the pay scale of Rs.3050-4590/- can claim by way of right a higher pay scale of Rs.4000-6000/- on the doctrine of parity in the pay scale has been referred before the "Larger

Patna High Court CWJC No.14767 of 2024(2) dt.30-09-2024 3/3 Bench", vide order dated 22.12.2022 passed in LPA No.669 of 2021.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
