The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction to the respondent State for grant of Ist and 2nd Assured Career Promotion. The petitioner was appointed on 01.04.1965 as a helper in the pay scale of Rs. 65.50 to Rs.72/-. From 11.12.1971 the petitioner was appointed on the post of fitter in the pay scale of Rs. 105-50 EB-155-/ The petitioner claims to grant of first and second A.C.P.

The counsel for the State has drawn my attention

Patna High Court CWJC No.13843 of 2007 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 towards Annexure-1 of the counter affidavit from which it appears that the petitioner was granted Ist A.C.P. as well as second 2nd A.C.P. since 09.08.1999. The grievance of the petitioner appears to have been redressed.

In the result this writ petition is dismissed as has become in-fructuous.
