1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) To direct the respondents to revise the Salary of the petitioner in terms of Seventh Pay Revision Report, which was made effective w.e.f. 01.01.2016, however monetary benefits for the same was allowed to the employees of the State Govt. w.e.f. 01.04.2017 and make payment arrears of Salary and other consequential monetary benefits.

(ii) To direct the respondents to make payment of due salary for the month of June, 2016 and other legal due amount in terms of Seventh Pay

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except revision of salary of the petitioner in terms of 7th Pay Revision Report, all other grievances of the petitioner has already stood redressed, hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Superintending Engineer (Quality Control and Water Drainage) Circle, Patna for agitating his grievances regarding revision of salary. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the Superintending Engineer (Quality Control and Water Drainage) Circle, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
