The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondent Circle Officer, Dehri, Rohtas, who is sitting tight over the application of the petitioner dated 10.01.2024, wherein, the petitioner has prayed for uploading the revenue details of the land, in question, on the website of the Revenue Department, Government of Bihar and issue receipt thereof on payment of adequate fee.

3. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and taking note of the fact that the petitioner has already filed an appropriate application before the Circle Officer, Dehri, Rohtas, the copy of which has been marked as Annexure-P/5, the writ
