ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-04-2016 The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 25.2.2013 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Darbhanga vide A.B.P. No.517 of 2012 in connection with L.N.M.U. P.S. case No.62 of 2012. It has been submitted on behalf of the Opposite Party No.2 that two witnesses have already been examined. In view of such, the application is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. Also the Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga is directed to conclude the Matrimonial case No.198 of 2013 within a
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45972 of 2014 dt.08-04-2016 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga shall take stringent steps against the Opposite Party No.2 if he does not deposit the maintenance amount as decreed.
