The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 328 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioners being the mother-in-law, aunt and uncle-in-law of the son of the informant along with other accused persons were assaulting the son of the informant and subsequently father-in-law Arun Kumar and brother-in-law Amol forcibly poured acid in the mouth of the son of the informant.

No.45805 of 2014 (02) dt.24-12-2014 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the family dispute the accusation has been levelled when the specific accusation of administering acid is against co-accused persons and the medical report also does not suggest any other injury except poisoning.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 176 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
