2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023, lodged on 12.05.2023 under Sections 25(1-B)a/26/35 of the Arms Act, 1959

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery of one pistol and one live cartridge has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the antecedent of the petitioner is clean and he is in custody since 13.05.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 129 of 2023, pending before the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani is hereby rejected.

8. However, the petitioner would at liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.
