The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his son was kidnapped. The victim boy was recovered and he disclosed that some thieves kidnapped him and left him near the place from where he was recovered. Petitioner no. 1 Reeta Devi was apprehended and from her possession arms and ammunition was recovered. On account of this fact, petitioner no. 2, husband of petitioner no. 1 has been made accused in the case. The petitioners are in jail since 17.03.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38516 of 2015 (2) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Kochas P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015.
