The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Manjhawliya P.S.Case No. 46 of 2019. His prayer for bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.05.2019 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 33439 of 2019. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged victim has already been examined during trial and she has not supported the allegation as far as the petitioner is concerned.

Be that as it may, considering the gravity of the offence committed against a minor girl aged about 15 years, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.
