The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21034 for slashing down the quantum of deposit. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 116 of 2015 registered under sections 409 and 420 IPC on the readiness of the petitioner to deposit 20% of the alleged misappropriated amount. Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer for extending the period of deposit. The petitioner is permitted to deposit the 20% of the alleged due amount of Rs.1,26,15,870/- within nine months from today. It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to deposit the said amount within nine

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35937 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 months then Bihar State Food Corporation Ltd. will be at liberty to file application for cancellation of bail of the petitioner. The order dated 20.5.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21034 stands modified to the extent indicated above. Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
