====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 307, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they obstruct the informant in ploughing his field and order of petitioner no.1, accused person fired causing death of his one she-goat and causing injury to one cow.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the dispute is with regard to land and nobody has received injury. Further, they have no criminal antecedents.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1663 of 2019(2) dt.24-01-2019 2/2 Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 172 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
