JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH) 05-04-2023 The learned counsel for the review petitioner seeks two weeks' time to remove the defects pointed out by the registry. Time so sought, is granted.

Now, coming to the merits of the case, the present review petition has been filed seeking review of the order dated 08.12.2021, passed in L.P.A. no. 415 of 2021, by which the

Patna High Court C. REV. No.189 of 2021(2) dt.05-04-2023 3/3 appeal filed by the review petitioner had stood dismissed. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since none of the grounds, as envisaged under Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 exists so as to warrant review of the order of this Court dated 08.12.2021, passed in L.P.A. no. 415 of 2021 nor any cogent or important evidence has been brought on record of the review petition nor there is any mistake apparent on the face of the record of the case, the review petitioner be granted liberty to file appropriate appeal.

Accordingly, the present review petition stands disposed off as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law.
