The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 25 of 1998 registered under Sections 420, 407 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer for the learned counsel for the petitioner and the complainant-opposite party no. 2 the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court for settlement of dispute, where both parties appeared and settled their dispute and accordingly, petitioner paid Rs.50,000/- to the complainant-

Learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 submits that he has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Rosera, Samastipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 25 of 1998, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
