The petitioner is in custody since 18.9.2014 in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No.254 of 2014 registered for the offences under Sections 436 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the informant has filed the present case on mere suspicion and there is no eye-witness to the occurrence. It has been submitted that the petitioner had not burnt the room of the informant as on the alleged date of occurrence he was away attending a marriage. It is further submitted by the petitioner that it is hardly likely that the petitionerwould cause fire to occur in the house in which he is also residing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the

Considering the aforementioned submissions and the fact that there is no eye-witness to the occurrence, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Rampur P.S.
