It appears that though the petitioner has superannuated from service on 31.01.2015 but no post retiral benefits have been paid to him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the claims have been admitted but actual payment has not been made.

Learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 submits that the petitioner being an ex-employee of the Institute, his claims have been worked out and requisition sent to the State Government which has to release the amount.

Learned counsel for the State submits that as and when the requisition is received by the State Government, the amount shall be released for payment to the petitioner in accordance with law.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11493 of 2015 dt.01-10-2015 2/2 In view of the stand of the State as well as the respondent no. 4, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondents no. 2 and 3 to release the admitted dues relating to the petitioner in favour of the respondent no. 4 within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondents no. 2 and 3. The respondent no. 4 shall thereafter ensure that the payment to the petitioner is made within the next two weeks.
