In this case, the petitioner being a lady, is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 285 of 2015 registered for offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, section 302 I.P.C. has been added.

The matter relates to land dispute. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that she has assaulted with the sharp weapon to Phool Kumari Devi.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case from both sides and the petitioner also received serious injury. He has attached the injury report.
