The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No.295 of 2019 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of enticing away the daughter of the informant by Kundan Kumar, the son of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the specific allegation of enticing away the daughter of the informant is against Kundan Kumar, the son of the petitioner, but the petitioner and her husband being the parents of Kundan Kumar and the brother of Kundan Kumar have also falsely been implicated in this case.
