04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-B) A and 26 of the Arms Act. One cartridge loaded with country-made pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which the petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2016. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedents. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Begusarai in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S.
