ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.2.2014 on his remand in Madhuban P.S. Case No.87/05 for the offences under Sections 396, 307, 436,353(A) of the I.P.C., 27 of Arms Act, 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act and 17 of the C.L.A.Ac. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner is that though he is not named in the F.I.R. his name surfaced subsequently and after lapse of about nine years he was put on remand in the present case.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and also the fact that though there is allegation of indiscriminate firing by Maoist, no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner, let
