JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor assisted by learned counsel for the informant. On account of murder of daughter of informant namely Guriya Kumari, petitioner has been named on mere suspicion in the background of brawl having effected amongst the deceased along with her mother at one side and the petitioner at other side. Though, chargesheet had already been submitted but without having collection of cogent and reliable material.

Accordingly, petitioner Bablu Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar (Sahayak) P. S. Case no.397 of 2014.
