A restoration petition has been filed indicating that the father of the Advocate's clerk had died and therefore the defect could not be removed in time. The typed copy of the main FIR has been brought on record as Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects have now been removed and prays for restoration of this case.
