Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 201 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67437 of 2023(2) dt.19-10-2023 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistate I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.)
