Case No.23 of 2011 registered under Sections 143, 147 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no.4, the Superintendent of Police, Sitamarhi wherein it has been stated that after perusing the record the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Pupri directed the investigating officer to submit final form as there is lack of sufficient evidence.
