The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fatuha P.S. Case No. 629 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 342, 326, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. Further submission is that on perusal of first information report, it appears that the specific allegation is against co-accused Diyespee Gope. Petitioner has no criminal history.
