1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66512 of 2023(2) dt.18-10-2023 2/2 dated 24.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33195 of 2022 (Annexure-2). The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Muzaffarpur (West) in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 39 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) utkarsh/- U T
