The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of petitioner came in the statement of Sunny Patel and Ravi Patel who, allegedly, were caught with stolen motorcycle and it appears that except the aforesaid material there is nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection
