Counsel for the petitioner submits that the University has not calculated the amount of interest in proper manner and the petitioner is not satisfied with respect to the manner the rate of interest @ 12.5 per cent per annum has been computed. The petitioner is also not satisfied with the amount that has been paid

Petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation with respect to the grievance, if any and if such representation is filed, the authorities concerned are directed to look into the matter and dispose of the same within six months from the date of filing such representation.

The order is confined to J.P. University only and not with B.S.B.R.A Bihar University.
