The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the petitioners armed with different weapons came and assaulted the informant and his family members.
It is submitted that there is a counter version being Pachrukhi P.S. Case no. 49/2016. A dispute arose due to drainage of water. Five persons got injured. One Rama Mahto got fracture injury and others including the informant got simple injuries.

No.29798 of 2016 (2) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is version and counter version and the injury found on the person of the informant are simple in nature and there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S.
