JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 409 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner got appointed as ANM on the basis of forged nursing certificate. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner still claims that her nursing certificate is genuine and petitioner is no longer in the employment.

Considering the facts that the petitioner is no longer in the employment and she is a lady, let her be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38156 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Barharia P.S. Case No.10 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
