b) To monitor and supervise the investigation undertaken by an independent investigating agency into corrupt and mal-practices of the present and previous officers and staff members of District SubRegistry Office, District - Katihar. c) For a direction upon the Respondent State to proceed departmentally against present and previous officers and staff members of District Sub-Registry Office, District Katihar involved in corrupt and malpractices. d) For a direction upon the Respondent State to ensure corruption free and citizen friendly environment at District Sub-Registry Office, District-Katihar for the benefit of citizens at large.

e) To pass any other order/orders in shape of a

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instruction, states that the petitioner shall be content, if he is permitted to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach the authority concerned for redressal of the grievances.

Prayer allowed.

The present application is, accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to initiate proceedings in accordance with law.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
