JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 192, 196 and 199 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is of getting appointment as ANM in the primary health centre on the basis of forged nursing certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner still claims that her certificate is genuine and she has served for a petty long period without any complaint for any authority.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is an unmarried girl and the services of the petitioner have already been terminated, let the above named petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37346 of 2015 (2) dt.15-09-2015 2/2 anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.17 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
