2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased who is alleged to have tortured and killed the deceased.

4. The co-accused i.e., the father-in-law namely Ramdeo Yadav has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 19.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 41344 of 2024. The petitioner is in jail since 09.07.2024.

5. Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka/concerned Court in connection with Dhankund P.S. Case No. 140 of 2023.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
