Petitioner was arrested along with looted motorcycle of the present case and Kinjar P.S. Case no. 25/2014 was lodged against the petitioner for recovery of the aforesaid looted motorcycle. Petitioner has already been granted privilege of bail in Kinjar P.S. Case no. 25/2014 by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 10.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no.40199/2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Konch P.S. Case no. 78/2014.
