The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2017 registered under Sections 448, 307, 337, 323 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a case and counter case and both sides sustained simple injuries. It is further contended that as the petitioners and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42180 of 2017 (2) dt.03-10-2017 informant are close agnates, the matter has amicably been settled between them.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. He has contended that the offences alleged are not compoundable in nature.

Be that as it may, considering the nature of allegation and the submissions made above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 202 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
