ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 17.02.2019 on their remand in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.99 of 2019 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the names of the petitioner have surfaced in connection with the present case on the basis of the statement made by Petitioner No.2, namely, Md. Rahmatullah, the co-accused, who in his confessional statement made before the police has implicated the present petitioners. It is further submitted that other

No.30991 of 2019 and Cr.Misc. No.33276 of 2019, vide orders dated 17.08.2019 and 20.05.2019 respectively.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioners have one other antecedent in which they have been granted bail, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.
