The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhadwar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2016 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Sherghati, Gaya instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 427,504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code wherein there is allegation of assault attributed to him. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application to surrender and seek regular bail. The application is permitted to be withdrawn. If the petitioner surrenders and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by the present order.
