The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners and alleged that petitioner no.1 Pyari Devi assaulted the informant when the informant was talking with her sister-in-law. Pappu Paswan and Pappi Devi also assaulted the informant and her sister-in-law. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are next door neighbours of the informant. The occurrence took place due to petty dispute. The injury caused to the informant is simple in nature.

No.80060 of 2018(2) dt.11-01-2019 2/2 Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No.29 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
