The petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. Case No. 57/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is remanded in this case on 15.04.2015 since then he is in jail. Of course the petitioner has got criminal antecedent but without a tangible material. The petitioner has already remained in jail for four and half months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
