One stolen mobile is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 16.06.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate,1st class, Patna Sadar, Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S.Case No. 398 of 2014.
