Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 493 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363 and 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of the POCSO Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is that he has kidnapped the daughter of the infomant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is quite innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the case because the informant was against the relationship of her daughter and the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Special Judge POCSO Act, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 493 of 2022.
