The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 215 of 2013, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R. is against unknown. It is further submitted that neither the petitioner has been named in the First Information Report nor any recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in jail custody since 24.10.2013. It is further submitted that except this case, the petitioner has been made accused in four more cases. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj, in connection with Kuchaikotte P.S. Case No. 215 of 2013, subject to condition that one of the
