2. The Superintendent of Police, Patna (Rural), the S.H.O. of Bakhtiyarpur Police Station, the Investigating Officer of Bakhtriyapur P.S. Case No.226 of 2024 and the Doctor have appeared before the Court.

3. The present application has been filed for the following reliefs:-

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1858 of 2024(3) dt.14-07-2025 2/3 (i) For directing the respondent authorities to complete the free and fair investigation of the case considering the post mortem report of the deceased so that a impartial investigation may be concluded and arrive at logical conclusion.

(ii) For directing the I.O. of the case to arrest the absconding accused after proper investigation of the case.

(iii) For directing the respondent nos.3 to 7 to fairly act upon the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate direction in accordance with law.

(iv) For directing the respondent authorities to act upon the complaint dated 04.08.2024 submitted before the S.H.O., Bakhtiyarpur in accordance with law and accordingly provide protection to the petitioner and his family members from any future threat.

(v) For directing the respondent authorities to handover the investigation to another investigation agency of the State or particularly Respondent No.6 be directed to constitute a task force to disclose the truth of the facts.

(vi) For any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is found entitled to be in the facts of the case.

4. It appears that the doctor was pressurized by a mob in signing the post mortem report.

5. In these circumstances, no action is required to be

6. With regard to the other grievances of the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police, Patna (Rural) has assured this Court that he will take appropriate steps in accordance with law on the complaint of the petitioner.
