JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Vide order dated 29.5.2017 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner to attend the marriage of his daughter with a direction to the petitioner to surrender and submit surrender certificate positively by 28.6.2017.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap the surrender certificate could not be placed on record by way of supplementary affidavit although the petitioner has surrendered on 28.6.2017 in compliance of the order issued by this Court on 29.5.2017.

Considering the submissions made in the supplementary affidavit that the petitioner has already surrendered in terms of the order granting provisional bail, no further order needs to be passed in this case.
