104 kg ganja is said to have been recovered from a Bolero pick-up van which was being driven by petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 was found sitting in the said bolero at the time of the aforesaid recovery.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to petitioners and accordingly, their prayer for bail in connection with Special case no. 03/2015 arising out of Araria P.
