S. Case No. 50 of 2015 registered under Sections 7/13(2) read with Section 13(i)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37062 of 2015 dt.26-04-2016 2/2 and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure- 1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
