1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of order or orders, direction or directions to the authority concerned to consider the case of the petitioner in light of the Bihar Jail Nai and Safai Mazdoor Cadre Rules of 2011, framed by the Government of Bihar, whereunder an exercise was made to regularize those persons who have been discharging their work since long, inasmuch as it is not in dispute that the petitioner is discharging his duties at Khudi Ram Bose, Central Jail Muzaffarpur,

Patna High Court CWJC No.21416 of 2021(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/2 since 01.01.2014, but up till now the authority concerned has not regularised his services though the petitioner has filed many representations before the authority concerned."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
